Your Listing Contract or Buyer Representation Agreement is, in essence, a contract that details the specific tactics we will use to market your property or find you a property to purchase.  If, at any time, for any reason, we fail to take action on the agreed-upon activities listed in the plan, you can:

1. Communicate your dissatisfaction to us, and we can adjust your Plan accordingly, or
2. You can cancel our Agreement.

Your total satisfaction is our greatest concern!
